‘JAI HO’! Of Course, but whose? SONIA, MAN-MOHAN, PP or JANATA KE?

 Cartoon courtesy: Missplayers

The Election Commission has not only exceeded its brief but has made a fool of self by asking BJP not to field Varun Gandhi. It is sad if not outright stupid. Former Election Commissioner GVG Krishnamurthy explains why.

The Election Commission has no jurisdiction to take action against Gandhi” for his alleged inflammatory speeches.

The model code of conduct comes into effect only after President Pratibha Patil notifies the elections in the official gazette. Till then Gandhi cannot be considered an Election Commission recognized candidate.

The commission has acted in haste in moving against Gandhi for violation of the model code of conduct under the provisions of the Representation of Peoples Act 1951.

Only the police can move against him under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for inciting communal passions.

As of now Varun is only a probable candidate and an ordinary citizen against whom action can be taken only under the IPC if he makes inflammatory statements.

The Election Commission has no role to play till the notification of elections by the president.

‘Wonder of Wonders’This time I found this ‘Chamcha in Chief’ in agreement with me though he is still defending ‘Dynastic Scion’ albeit on the other side of political divide. Good going CIC:) You know well how to keep the both sides of bread buttered.

The ‘really actual’ fun will began … of course at our cost…when Shri Shri Naveen Chawala will take over as the ‘CHIEF’ Election Commissioner on April 21st- right in the middle of this election 2009- courtesy the Sonia ‘Maino’ Gandhi’s handpicked Prime Minion and Your President. But then… for some, ‘Dynasty is always superior to Democracy’ despite this sane advice “If we fail democracy, democracy will fail us.”

JAI HO!

BCCI to stage IPL abroad over security issues.

JAI HO!

We a BILLION strong nation comes to standstill because we are a ‘Democracy’!!??

JAI HO?

With Sonia ‘Maino’ Gandhi as ‘Supreme most’ we can not hold a ‘domestic tournament’ even in our Billion strong nation!

JAI HO!

With ‘Economist’ Prime Minion ‘alleged’ to be at the helm of affairs of BILLION strong nation - hardly seen or reported or recognized as - even by the ‘babas and babes’ of Congress; leave alone ‘AAM ADAMI’!!!

JAI HO!

Last but not least three cheers for ‘Your President’ too…

JAI HO! JAI HO!! JAI HO!!!

My dear friend Mallika has posted this video asking who’s ‘Jai Ho’?

Congress Ki Ya Janata Ki?

See this video here and send to as many as you can. Congress might have BOUGHT the copyright and deservedly so. I choose to say ‘Jai Ho’… :)

Mallika, JANATA KI HI JAI HOTI HAI OR HOTI RAHEGI.

IS LIYE ‘JAI HO’ JANATA KI.

Devil’s Advocate: Varun Gandhi’s ‘Allegedly Communal’ Speech, Secular Wailing and BJP’s Confusion.

Varun Gandhi on March 4th while attending a ‘workers meet’ in Pillibhit is alleged to have made a speech which has in turn made the Sec –Soc MSM go into a frenzy and their ‘Secular Wailing’ has become unbearably nauseating.

On Varun’s speech,Sandeep here has made an excellent post and I agree with him somewhat. Here is my take on this issue.

To start with, Varun’s ‘alleged’ speech CD first.

  • Is it proven beyond doubt that this is what exactly he said?
  • Is it proven beyond doubt that this CD was not doctored? After all MSM does not cover itself in glory when the matter relates to fake stings and dubious CDs, doing rounds of News Broadcasters, whenever elections are around.
  • Why has the CD been not telecast earlier on 4th of March when this ‘allegedly communal’ speech was made? Why was the matter delayed till 16th March?
  • Who all were holding this CD for 12 whole days and why?
  • MOST IMPORTANT: Who has recorded this speech? On watching this video it is very clear that it was not recorded by a professional cameraman but by someone else. Where is that camera on which this video was recorded?

These are a few pertinent points that need to be considered before Varun is pronounced guilty of ‘hate speech’ and/or ‘inflaming communal passion’ and whatever adjectives MSM is using against Varun Gandhi.

Furthermore, our country has a constitution with well laid down laws and procedures that need to be followed before pronouncing anyone guilty. So why is there such a great hurry to damn Varun even before his guilt is established?

Well, the reasons are not difficult to comprehend when we look at the famous players behind this ‘Secular Wailing’!

Here is one Padma Shri Madame’s strongly secular 24X7 news channel chosen to telecast the CD after a gap of 12 whole days!!!! Since March 16th the Padma Shri’s channel has been engaging the fast dwindling audiences with their secular rant and has already pronounced Varun guilty and just short of hanging him; has recommended all sorts of punishment that range from debarring him from the electoral race to sending him to jail for three years maximum!!!!

Another Padma Shri of ‘Congress News Network’ has the gall to say, “…we must not allow Varun to get away so easily.”  AUDACIOUS! Pray May I ask him what should be done with you Sir for the role you played in rescuing the Baliddaan Moorti’s handpicked Prime Minion by ‘hiding the tapes’! HUH!

‘Hamam Mein Sab Nange Hain’, of course! Hiding the tapes then and showing it NOW repeatedly! WOW! Look who is talking!

I am not sure about what Varun is supposed to have said, but if at all he has said what he is ‘alleged’ to have said, then I think that this is what most Hindus have been feeling since Her Majesty inflicted her handpicked Prime Minion on us.

The Muslim first policy and unabashed ‘minority (read Muslims) appeasement’ in the name of Secularism has done no service to either the Muslims or the Hindus but has only helped to widen the gulf. (It is foolish to think that this ‘gulf’ does not or did not exist by mouthing meaningless and hollow platitudes). If it is at all true what Varun is alleged to have said, it is only the manifestation of this simmering anger among the Hindus.

Now BJP’s confusion.

BJP’s confusion is pathetic to say the least. Flip Flop! I, for one, hold this opinion that ‘BJP lost 2004 not because of being seen as a Hindu party but for not being a Hindu Enough party’ which could be very simplistic but true nevertheless. I wish the BJP had learned some lessons from the past and not tried to be so enthusiastically ‘secular’.

Renuka Chowdhury: Minister for ‘Pink Chaddis’ or ‘Woman and Child development’ ?

Union Minister for Women and Child Development Renuka Chowdhury is the fire spewing ‘Young’ leader of Congress and most visible and vocal champion of Woman rights. You can spot her almost on daily basis on any of 24X7 channels espousing the cause of Womanhood.

Her passionate defense of ‘Pink Chaddi Woman Folk’ and her zeal to see that more and more woman too become Pub Going Loose and Forward’ (excuseme ladies, whatever you call selves as) was too fantastic. If Gandhi Ji had given a call of ‘Jail Bharo’ then, her call of ‘Pub Bharo’ was too ingenious. She has secured self a place in history. I was amazed to see her tarring the whole of Manglore natives by saying “’Mangalore has been Talibanised.” It is different matter that Manglorians were not amused by her’s  this senseless statement and the Mayor and otther prominient citizens filed a complaint prompting theCourt to ask authorities to register a FIR against the union minister.

Renuka has a proclivity for attracting publicity even at the expense of public and this is well known. She may well choose to support ‘Pink Chaddis’ or strive to see that more and more woman include PUB visit as a weekly schedule if not daily just as woman folk make a visit to Beauty parlor.

But for that to happen Renuka as a minister will have to first ensure that no woman is forced to sell her Child to pay up Medical Bill (?) that too in Govt run Hospital. SHAME!

SHAME INDEED!  This happens in the Honorable Ministers’ own constituency. This following report is a slap on the face of Renuka Choudhury the ‘Honorable Union Minister’ for Women and Child Development. HUH!

Mom sells baby to pay ‘bribe’ in Renuka’s constituency

Hyderabad: In a heart-rending incident, a young poverty-stricken single mother in Andhra Pradesh sold her newborn son to a childless couple for Rs 6,000 so that she could pay her medical bill in a Government hospital.

“My financial position is really bad,” a distraught looking Rajitha (20) who could not afford the Rs 2,000 hospital fee said from her bed at the Government area hospital in Kothagudem in Khammam district.

She delivered the baby by Caesarean section last week and the infant changed hands within 24 hours.

Police said they would take action against the hospital which also faces an inquiry whether its doctors took any money as bribe from the woman.

“Buying and selling a baby is an offence, so we will be booking cases,” Kothagudem revenue division officer P Rajaram said.

According to reports, a rickshaw driver friend gave the single mother Rs 6,000 for the baby, which he planned to bring up with his wife. The couple have no children.

The incident occurred in the parliamentary constituency of Union Minister of State for Women and Child development Renuka Chowdhury.

“At least, she is safe and at least the child is not dead and not killed. I think they are the most important things that we need to look at,” Chowdhury said.

The woman told the police who interrogated her that her husband had abandoned her and she had no means to support herself and a baby.

“We are also inquiring into the fact whether the doctor had asked for money (from the woman),” he added.

Welfare officials reportedly want the baby to be reunited with his mother so she can breastfeed him. They said the mother and child would then be shifted to a state-run facility where Rajitha can decide if she wants to put the baby up for adoption.

I want to question Renuka Choudhury: Is this poor woman has no right to be defended by you? Or is it because she is not ‘Loose and forward Enough’ to merit your attention? Any Answer?

Meantime, she got to sew her mouth and control often displayed ‘histrionics’ whenever she sees TV cameras.

“Hamam Mein Sab Nange Hain”

If you happen to be Editor, Managing Editor, Editor in Chief or an Executive Editor in Sec-Soc Main Stream Media and dream for becoming some Padam Shri or Padam Bhushan then; all that you need to do is: Sing Pagans in praise of Madame, project Rahul as the future and more importantly do all you can to down size Advani. Do that by all means who stops you after all one Padam Shri Editor in Chief say and say openly, “Hamam Mein Sab Nange Hain”. Who doubts any more?

All these mighty people have their own perspective of issues depending upon their ‘political and/or economic’ intersests. Well, I hold nothing against them for their ‘being’ what they are, but WTF if they delebirately become so oblivious of some very  basic and  simple facts and in their zeal to be more loyal to Queenlie through teeth!!!!!

It is one thing to project the one who hold license to rule but bloody too much to do what this one Pranjal Sharma of UTVi does here. Screw up history, contort Geography and project self as a front runner for some Padam Shri or Bhushan is too much to digest????

Shamelessly This Executive Editor of UTVi does exactly the same and say ‘this’ about Shri L.K.Advani,

A Prime Minister born in Karachi may not go down well post-26/11.

Well! Is this Executive Editor Pranjal Sharma really ignorant of history? Is he really ignorant of geography before 1947 or after? None. He is simply being too smart by half by exploiting the popular sentiment of General Public against the perpetrators of Mumbai Mayhem coming from Karachi.

These days challenging these high and mighty ones are a risky thing. After all not long back the ‘Queen’ of Indian News sued a poor blogger and Raja of Indian News demonstrated how ‘Media Mein Sab Nange Hain’ .

For the benefit of this Executive Editor of UTVi, here are two maps pre and post partition of India and that too when Nehru and Gandhi were at the helms of affairs.

Just one question for this ‘Executive Editor’ Pranjal Sharma of UTVi

Was ‘Karachi’ a part of India or not

in 1929? If yes, then WTF is this above sentence for if not outrageoulsy outrageous?

But only if not Pranjal Sharma’s intention is to obfuscate facts and promote self at the cost of Geography then what else is it?

Shameless! Utterly Shameless.

Another example how the Congress fixed Institutions.

‘Executive Editor’ Pranjal Sharma get your facts right and/or SHUT UP.

‘Take Dynasty out of Democracy’ : Sudheendra Kulkarni

This is to put on record that your truly has always been inspired by Shri Kulkarni. I seek his guidance, always.)

Shri Sudheendra Kulkarni is one among the most respected columnist and surely a ‘Sane Voice’ among the Cacophonic and Sycophantic Main stream media. Here in this well argued post Taking dynasty out of democracy Shri Kulkarni has emphatically certified what you’re truly had argued in this post Navin Chawala or Democracy: Choose One.

In this post ‘Navin Chawala or Democracy: Choose One.’ You’re truly had sought to draw attention of readers to three broad point.

1. Well as I said earlier too and reiterate that democracy is not about voting alone or/and getting elected. No Way. Democracy is about: Protecting Rights, Supporting and strengthening Institutions, Affording/Providing Equal opportunities to all and any, last but not least - not only been honest and transparent but to be seen so.

2. Original Ms. Gandhi in cohorts with Communists started weakening ‘Institutions’ which has ‘Now’ been perfected by the Imported Ms. Gandhi- Sonia ‘Maino’ Gandhi.

3. Abusing Democracy and undermining institutions runs deep in this family. Question is: Do we need democracy or we are doomed with a family’s whims and fancy?

Shri Kulkarni besides certifying these points has some many more interesting points to add.

On Rahul Gandhi being projected as future Prime Minister, Mr. S. Kulkarni says

Now the Congress has projected Rahul Gandhi as its future leader and prime ministerial candidate. ‘Ateet ke neenv par/Bhavishya ka nirmaan’ (Building a future on the foundation of the past) say Congress posters showcasing Rahul. The very first principle of democracy? equal opportunity undiluted by birth-related privileges? has been violated by this blatant hardsell of dynasty. The assumption that a member of the Nehru family need not have governmental experience or any record of service to the nation to be projected as the future prime minister of India is an insult to the logic of democracy.

On devaluation of Democratic Institutions under congress rule…

Yes, we can be justifiably proud of our democracy. But if take a closer look, we will be able to see the infirmities and deformities within our system. Some of our present rulers have done everything to devalue institutions of parliamentary democracy. Some of the salient issues associated with the Rashtrapati’s election in July 2007still remain unresolved. The Election Commission has become the centre of an unprecedented controversy. And we have a prime minister who is not even directly elected by the people. He prefers to play second fiddle to an extra-constitutional authority that has nominated him.

Kulkarni Sir urges us…

If we want to make India’s democracy failure-proof, let us raise our voice against what we think is wrong, even at the risk of suffering hardships. Let us campaign for a leadership culture that promotes merit and does not privilege birth. Let us demand far-reaching electoral reforms, including state funding of elections, whereby money power cannot steal or subvert people’s mandate. Let us force greater accountability upon our political leaders. And let us be vigilant in safeguarding the sanctity of our democratic institutions

He warns us too in no uncertain terms…

If we fail democracy, democracy will fail us.

I join Sir Kulkarni in his appeal to save the democracy from dynasty and ‘Take Dynasty out of Democracy.’

Navin Chawala or Democracy: Choose One.

I am not amused and in dilemma too - to laugh or cry. Well I do both. I laugh at the stupidity of Congress and their henchmen/women/babas and babes and; cry: as Institution after institutions is being made ‘subservient’ to Madame Sonia and ‘Future King’ anointed. Ironically we still are called ‘democracy’! That too, Largest and Vibrant!

Alas! It is not be. Original Ms. Gandhi in cohorts with Communists started weakening ‘Institutions’ which has ‘Now’ been perfected by the Imported Ms. Gandhi- Sonia ‘Maino’ Gandhi.

Congress men/woman/Babas and Babes have been merrily carrying forward the infamous slogan coined by Barua - the then Congress CM of Assam: ‘Indira is India; India is Indira’. This time it is Sonia ‘Maino’ who has been hailed as‘Goddess of Sacrifice’, indeed; as I argued here.

Indira imposed emergency and prosecuted opposition leaders by throwing them in Jails, Sanjay became the de facto PM with out even being a MLA of any state. Indira had even mulled to suspend the fundamental ‘right to life’. Those of us, who are on the sunny side of forties but in teens that time, remember those dreadful days vividly.

Dynasty heir Rajiv’s tenure witnessed the most brutal ‘Massacre of Sikhs’ in 1984. Perpetrators of that heinous blood bath had become Ministers in various successive Congress Governments; some were awarded with Governorships some ‘tormentors of Emergency Era’ are still in important posts. One of them is Navin Chawala.

Navin Chawala had been appointed by ‘Her Majesty’s Government’ as Election Commissioner so Elections 2009 coincide with his being as CEC. Not that he as EC could not have served ‘His Masters’, he did. See this Chawla’s loo breaks led to Congress phone calls: CEC.

But is it Election Commission alone that has been made subservient to ‘Her Majesty’s Government’? NO.

Let me recount some to refresh your memory.

-To start with Sonia ‘Maino’ carefully selected Man Mohan Singh after this drama only for his being ‘Quite harm Less’ as a challenge to her authority. Pranab Mukherjee who happens to be much senior to MMS and hold most important positions was left in cold since Madame had doubts about his becoming a threat to her or the ‘Future King’.

-Let me recall to you all about that Hans Raj Bhardwaj (Law Minister) saw nothing wrong if Governmental files were sent to Sonia for vetting/decisions, her being the Chairperson of a Gang called UPA. Of course; he retracted when there was an out cry.

-Election of ‘You’re President’ among Billion strong Nation is another example.

-In cohort with MSM even Parliament was made a subject of Horse Trading.

-CBI was abused for a Mr. ‘Q’, made a tool of ‘negotiation’ with/for Amar Singh and Co., Maya, Mulayam, Guru Ghantal Shibu Soren etc.

-I hope many of you have not forgotten how the fair name of Dr. Kalam and office of Prseident was dragged in to a controversy regarding dissolution of Bihar Assembly at the behest of a Laloo. That time our very Gentle PM had reassured Dr. Kalam- that too in middle of night and Dr. Kalam’s being in Russia!

Another time the office of President was sought to be sullied when Dr. Kalam had refused to sign the controversial ‘Office of Profit Bill’ to save the Madame Sonia ‘Maino’ Gandhi.

List is long and indicative of how one institution after Institution is being abused to favor a particular lady. Abusing Democracy and undermining institutions runs deep in this family. Question is: Do we need democracy or we are doomed with a family’s whims and fancy?

I choose democracy and so I want Navin Chawala to be removed from this Institution. If Sonia still manages to win election; I will welcome her.

So for a free and fair election wipe this blemish.

Lal Krishan Advani has made a strong point for Navin Chawala’s  removal here.

I urge all to ‘Say No to Navin Chawala’.

Ashoka Chakra 2009: 11 Brave Hearts.

This year 11 brave hearts have been awarded with Ashoka Chakra – The highest Gallantry award in peace time.

PI salutes these brave men for their exemplary courage and pays tributes for their self less sacrifice.

May God Bless their Souls. Amen!

Without ever doubting the individual courage and contribution of these brave hearts, your sincerely has few observations to make.

2009 has seen an unprecedented 11 people for the country’s highest peacetime gallantry award, Ashok Chakra.

All Posthumous awardees have laid their lives fighting Terror and SIX have been awarded for laying their lives during the Mumbai Mayhem. This is the maximum No of personnel awarded Ashoka Chakra in any single operation since 1950.

Since Independence, about 40 Ashok Chakras have been awarded for exemplary acts of bravery during peacetime. Its war time equivalent, Param Vir Chakra, was also awarded sparingly — five for the Kashmir operations of 1947-48, four each for the 1971 war and 1999 Kargil conflict.

These above observations raise few questions in my mind about the awards and the politics of awards. For years; the Awards have been mired in one or another controversy, this year too it is no exception.

This year the unprecedented high no of Ashoka Chakra – Once again I reiterate that this is not to raise any doubt or cast any apprehension on the Bravery of these 11 Brave hearts – might be indicative of few things.

1. Is it an attempt to shroud the ‘Guilt Pangs’ of the Man Mohan Singh’s government’s abject failure to contain terrorism?

Well, very much so. 2008 had been the worst year for India and Indians. Close to 60 Bomb Blasts – avg. 5 a month, 1 ¼ a week – hundreds of innocent men, women, children killed on streets, bazaars, roads, even Hospitals in city after city after city. A shamelessly and dangerously inefficient ‘Walking Zombie’ as Home Minister kept mumbling after every blast; all too impeccably dressed – changing thrice even on the day the Capital of nation was bombed at four places! His head rolled only after Mumbai Massacre was unleashed resulting in 190 lives lost. Only then ‘He’ was thrown in the garbage of History more to distract the public ire from the ruling party Congress (Both in centre and state) than to fix any responsibility. Having had so much of dismal record on the terror front and after the almost uprising and people’s anger against this Ruling Gang, they needed a face saver.

2. Were there  ‘really’ no political considerations when this list was finally made?

This is interesting though sad. Here I quote from this report

As reported by DNA (Jan 22), the initial list of nine was revised after controversy surrounding the names. The new list raises doubts on whether political expedience got the better of scientific analysis.

This report here and this report too here gives us the ample proof about the political caluclation and consideration behind finalising the list than genuine intention of honoring the brave hearts. Sic!

It is evident that in the election year UPA government wanted to shroud the abysmal failure of its ‘Love Thy Terrorist fixation’ – all in the name ofSecularism. Sic!

After all, two Senior Cabinet Ministers of Her Majesty’s Government Arjun andAntulay have been persistent in Secularizing the Terror! Sic! Has the Government purged these two elements from the Government? What does the Prime Minion think of these two fossil minded dinosaurs? With what credibility the Govt confers the awards to those whom; two senior ministers insult openly and publicly and still keep their seats intact in the Government!

So friends, politicization of Martyrs started at the very highest level of this Government. Sonia ‘Maino’ Gandhi’s intention to ‘Honor Martyrs’ is any thing but noble. Shame indeed.

Now, you can understand my anguish. I know from core of my heart that these brave men deserve all the kudos and respect and honor from each individual Indian. Yet the way this Government has mired this ‘Greatest Civil Honor’ for petty political gains and after shrewd calculations, is shameful.

As for the other awards, Barabar Indian has an interesting take. I am amazed that Mrs. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan gets a Padma for her acting prowesses if not for being DIL alone of Bade Bhaiye Ji or because of this Con Artist’s art of manipulation!

I wonder that some day I too will get the Padma Shri for being best blog writer!J Really!

If BarkhaRajdeep and this year even; Shekhar Gupta managed to secure one for their time tested and life long  unflinching loyalty to Madame Sonia ‘Maino’ Gandhi! So may be then; I should not loose hope and pray for a communal Government at centre to bestow me one, some day.  J

Having said this, I once again salute the Brave hearts and wish you all ‘Happy Republic Day’. As each one of us are proud parts of this Republic.

Regards,

PI.

2009: Time to make a ‘Choice’

By happenstance we are lucky to have survived 2008. PHEW!

What a year that had been bombs raining all most everywhere! Not that we had any good year since 2004, but certainly 2008 was worst. I pay my humble tributes to all those fellow Indians who lost their lives at the altar of‘Secularism’ being practiced by our most ‘Effete’ Prime Minister Minion in the service of ‘Her Majesty government.

I welcome you to year 2009 (This being my first post in 2009 after ‘Winter Hibernation’) with a pray in mind that at least this year we take a resolve to make India a safe place to live in.

This year, as it is an election year as well, is a year to make a choice.

A ‘Choice’ only we can make. We pride in self as the ‘largest and vibrant democracy’- which we indeed are – the year is here to make that choice. A ‘Choice’ between a ‘Strong, Stable and Prosperous’ India or yet again put on an ‘experiment’ only because he/she has some genetic order/disorder or the most ‘pliable one’ as we saw in Him and then again in case of HER.

Year 2009 is the year to make this choice between National Interest orDynasty Interest.

We are at the threshold of ‘Future’. Future is laid on some solid foundation. Foundation is not what can be experimented with. Or can it be? Answer is emphatically ‘No’. As I said the year is to make a choice. I urge all fellow Prudent Indians to act ‘Prudently’ and make the ‘choice’ if not for you; make the prudent choice for your/mine/our children.

Regards,

PI.

‘A’ Crowned Prince and ‘The’ Forgotten Soldier.

Even before the tears of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan’s mother could dry up, Congress general secretary and heir apparent Rahul Gandhi who hold License to Rule went partying with his pals at a farmhouse on Delhi’s outskirts.

Rahul in party mood soon after Mumbai crisis

Mail Today Bureau

New DelhiDecember 1, 2008

The Prince partied hard, till 5 in the morning, on Sunday at the ‘sangeet’ for the forthcoming wedding of Samir Sharma, his childhood friend. They were at a sprawling farmhouse at Radhey Mohan Chowk, the haven of people who lead charmed lives beyond Chhatarpur.

Just a day earlier, his sister Priyanka Vadra had caused a flutter by saying the late Indira Gandhi would have “made us very proud” by the way she would have reacted to the Mumbai terror strikes. Mumbai appeared to be far from her brother’s mind as he boogied at the farmhouse with Samir Sharma, US-based furniture designer son of Captain Satish Sharma, the late Rajiv Gandhi’s flying partner who nursed the First Family’s pocketborough, Rae Bareli, till Sonia Gandhi chose to contest from there in 2004.

The Prince seemed to be completely out of sync with the mood of the nation post-26/11. Since Wednesday night, officials have been cancelling parties they were meant to host and even restaurants called off special events.

Saturday night’s ‘sangeet’ was a lavish affair. It was hosted by Leena Musafir, sister of the woman with whom Samir is getting married, and her husband Inder. The party was attended by over 800 guests, including regulars at Page 3 dos. “When everyone is cancelling parties or just keeping them low-key, Rahul Gandhi had no business to be celebrating. His action makes us lose faith in future leaders,” said Ajay Bahl, a leading corporate lawyer who was trapped in the thick of the action on 26/11 at The Oberoi, Mumbai, but managed to escape with the help of the hotel staff.

The Gandhis, including Sonia Gandhi’s mother Paola Maino, were present in strength at the 2004 wedding of Samir’s sister, Sarika, who is married to actorturned- TV producer Rahul Bhatt. Sarika and Rahul now manage a television production house.

The two families may be very close — Captain Sharma and his wife, Sterre, were present throughout the very private wedding of Priyanka Gandhi and Robert Vadra — but the circumstances now are very different.

As a guest at the ‘sangeet’ remarked on the condition of anonymity, “We were all partying, but none of us is a public person. Rahul Gandhi, however, is. He must be more responsible in his social appearances.

Prime Minion is Shock Proof.

A week is a long time in politics: We Know. Terror is here to stay: We know that as well. Terror has no religion and affects all, and bullets and bombs do not discriminate any on any basis: We know that Sir.

These days the ‘Main Stream Media’ has added another cliché to their already rich vocabulary and that is: DO NOT POLITICISE TERROR. This is being used to browbeat the opposition and sweep the utter failure of these ‘secular snake charmers’ at almost all fronts – under the carpet.

Barabar Indian has rightly pointed out

One can not help wondering after watching the chaotic, erratic, cacophonic coverage of some of our secular media that perhaps the dynastic factor is leaving out some of the able reporters on the street”

An equally well written and apt post here has exposed this as “Manmohan Singh’s politics of politicisation” and I agree with this blogger that

Cynics might wonder how you can not politicize something when the person talking about it is the Prime Minister, the highest constitutional authority in town (barring the titular President of course)–a political post. When the PM says something, it is by default politicized.

The Political Midgets like Prime Minion need a battery of these Sec Soc terror apologists masquerading as Journalists to keep the opposition under check. Every issue is sought to be ‘obfuscated’ by the Prime Minion and his gang by mouthing this platitudes like: DO NOT POLITICISE TERROR.

WTF, if the issues like ‘terror’ which has claimed so many Indians and keep revisiting us every where and any where NEED NOT BE POLITICISED then what is to be politicized? What color Prime Minion wear under his pants? That too ‘if at all’ he wears one? After all his ASS is well protected, it is people like  you and me – AAM ADAMI - whose ASS is blown UP every time any city is Bombed!

As for the ‘Shock’ this Prime Minion expresses each and every time, here read Kanchan Gupta.

‘Shocked’ PM forgets his terrible record

Kanchan Gupta

The Congress believes, yes it really does, that its leaders alone have the right to ‘politicise’ national security while others should treat it as a ‘national issue’ above partisan politics. So, the Congress has been prompt in berating the BJP for suggesting that the pusillanimous UPA Government is to blame for the repeated terrorist strikes and the attendant death, destruction and devastation across the country. The 60-hour siege of Mumbai by fidayeen is the latest instance of India suffering yet another grievous blow at the hands of jihadis for whom slaughtering innocent people is the highest tribute to their faith. But after reprimanding the BJP for criticising the Government and thus ‘politicising’ terrorism, the Congress has had no compunctions about ‘politicising’ the grief and misery inflicted by mass murderers. On Saturday, the Congress issued a full-page advertisement in its favourite newspaper, listing the various terrorist strikes during the NDA years, casually mentioning the fidayeen attacks in Mumbai, saluting the security personnel killed in these incidents, and then preachily declaring that terrorism is a “national issue, not a political game”. The purpose was to influence people in Delhi hours before they stepped out of their homes to cast their votes in Saturday’s Assembly election.

The advertisement raises two issues, both related to political morality and ethics, which are alien to the Congress and its amoral and unethical leaders.First, according to this advertisement, there have been no terrorist attacks in India between the audacious strike on the Red Fort on December 22, 2000, and the November 26, 2008 assault on Mumbai. This, as every Indian knows, is a blatant lie. I have before me a list of terrorist attacks ever since the present impotent regime headed by an effete Prime Minister took charge of this country’s affairs after a scrambled election result helped the Congress to regain power at the Centre in the summer of 2004. The first attack was on August 16, 2004. The latest was on November 26, 2008. In between we have had terrorists visiting Delhi twice, raiding the Ram Mandir at Ayodhya, attacking Sankat Mochan temple in Varanasi, blowing up commuter trains in Mumbai, killing people at an amphitheatre in Hyderabad, blowing up bogies of the Samjhauta Express, and setting off bombs in Jaipur, Ahmedabad and Assam. According to the propagandists of the Congress, none of this has happened!

The second issue raised by Saturday’s advertisement is about the Congress saluting the security personnel who have laid down their lives while fighting terrorists and protecting the nation. If any value is to be attached to the advertisement, we must conclude that the Congress is reluctant to salute Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma of Delhi Police who, like Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad chief Hemant Karkare, was shot dead by terrorists. This is because the Congress wanted to send out, ever so slyly, a message to Muslim voters in Jamia Nagar for whom MC Sharma is not a hero but a villain because he dared raid a terrorist hideout in their locality. We must also presume, since there is no evidence to the contrary, that the advertisement was endorsed, if not cleared, by the Prime Minister. This speaks volumes about the integrity quotient of a man whose honesty, as claimed by his admirers, admittedly a rapidly disappearing exotic breed, is beyond reproach. Perhaps the Prime Minister needs to be reminded that only cowards take recourse to lies to cover up their failures.

Meanwhile, we had the occasion to hear the Prime Minister address a shaken nation 24 hours after the siege of Mumbai began. In his by now familiar laboured style, he expressed his “shock” at “the dastardly terror attacks. “I strongly condemn these acts of senseless violence,” he added. So what’s new?“I share the shock and distress of all those affected by these blasts,” the Prime Minister said on October 29, 2005, after the bombings in Delhi on Dhanteras. He was “shocked” on March 7, 2006, after the Sankat Mochan temple bombing. On July 12, 2006, he did not quite say that he was ‘shocked’by the Mumbai commuter train bombings, but he did say, “No one can make India kneel” and promised that his “Government will do whatever is required”to deal with terrorism. On February 19, 2007, the Prime Minister was more than‘shocked’ by the Samjhauta Express bombings — he was “anguished” and promised the “culprits will be caught”. On hearing about the serial bombings in Jaipur on May 13, 2008, the Prime Minister was again “shocked” and condemned “this dastardly attack”. On July 28, 2008, after visiting Ahmedabad following the serial bombings, he took care to mention that he accompanied Ms Sonia Gandhi before expressing “solidarity with the people of Gujarat”. On September 13, 2008, he “condemned the serial blasts in Delhi”; a month-and-a-half later, on October 30, 2008, he “strongly condemned” the Assam bombings.

The Prime Minister now mocks at the victims of terrorism and seeks to fool the people of this country by declaring, “We are not prepared to countenance a situation in which the safety and security of our citizens can be violated with impunity by terrorists… We will take the strongest possible measures to ensure that there is no repetition of such terrorist attacks.”

Having countenanced repeated terrorist attacks, which the Congress now brazenly pretends never took place, and silently witnessed the safety and security of our citizens being violated with impunity by terrorists, the Prime Minister now expects the people to believe that he shall join battle with the merchants of death. To prove that he means business, he had his Government, such as it is, to put out the bogus claim that he had summoned the Director-General of Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence and the Pakistani Government had meekly conceded his demand. In an interview to Karan Thapar for his television show, Devil’s Advocate, Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari has rubbished this claim. According to Mr Zardari, the Prime Minister, in a telephonic talk with him on Friday, had requested for sending a ‘director’ — a mid-level bureaucrat in the official hierarchy. “There was a miscommunication… We had announced that a director will come from my side… That is what was requested by the Prime Minister and that is what we agreed,” Mr Zardari said.

That the Prime Minister, after all his bluster, should settle for talks with a director of the Pakistan Government so as to “take the strongest possible measures to ensure that there is no repetition of such terrorist acts” is a measure of his true intention.

Shiv Raj ‘Zombie’ Patil resigns finally! Good Riddance!

Walking ‘Zombie’ takes the walk. FINALLY!

Shiv Raj ‘Zombie’ Patil resigns finally! Good Riddance!

More than Shiv Raj Patil it is the Madame Sonia‘Maino’ Gandhi who is responsible for ‘Inflicting’ Man Mohan Singh a Prime Minister Minion ON Billon strong Nation.

It is Sonia ‘Maino’ Gandhi who is to be blamed fo the ‘brutal’ murder of innocent Indians on roads, streets, trains, buses, markets, bazaars, hospitals and now Luxury Hotels too.

Time for this Prime Minion to put in papers and take a long walk. The Nation will not shed a tear for this ‘Snake Charmer’.

MAYHEM IN MUMBAI

It has been close to 20 hours since the Mumbai has been under sieze and this is all ‘This Walking Zombie’ has to say.

Before I could reach there, the terrorists who had attacked one of the hospitals, the Cama Hospital, had left and those who attacked the railway station had also left,” Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil said.

Pray tell us, What did the Zombie expect?

Terrorists to have waited for ‘him’ to arrive - all fully attired in a ‘Bund Gala Suit’ - there with a ‘bouquet of roses’ for him!

How many Times before have  you heard the ‘Zombie’ mumble these very same inanities every time India is attacked… at least ‘I’ have lost the count.

Patil, who condemned the attack as an act of cowardice, said the country would remain strong even as the terrorists attempt to weaken and create difficulty for the citizens.

While I agree that this is no time to pick faults and point fingers at Individuals, yet those who are at the helms of affairs should be held accountable. They can not -  just can not get away with inanities alone. Let me be clear.

Statement by Shri L.K. Advani
Leader of the Opposition (Lok Sabha)
New Delhi – 27 November 2008

-  The terrorist attack on Mumbai is an audacious challenge to India’s Nation State.
-  While maintaining calm and unity, we must all resolve to break the back of
India’s enemies.

I am traumatized by the events in Mumbai since last night. Clearly, the terrorists have declared a full-scale war on India and sought to sever the country’s economic nerve with their meticulously planned carnage across the metropolis. The magnitude of their sinister design and determination is evident from the fact that they are yet to be fully overpowered. They are still holding people hostage in some leading hotels and private houses more than 12 hours after starting the onslaught on innocent people in various parts of the city.

No other city in our country has borne the brunt of terrorism so repeatedly and in so deadly a fashion as Mumbai. In earlier terrorist acts in Mumbai as well as in other places in India, outside Jammu & Kashmir, the attacks have been mostly in the form of bomb blasts by anonymous persons. For the first time, last night, terrorists have also resorted to indiscriminate firing at a crowded railway station, hospital, luxury hotels, cinema halls, and residential buildings. Also, for the first time, the fidayeen attackers have held foreigners as hostages. As many as 100 persons have been killed in this mayhem.

Last night’s terrorist attack using grenades, other explosives and AK47 rifles is in a very significant way a continuation of the first episode of serial bomb blasts in Mumbai on 12 March 1993.

It appears 26 November 2008 is a continuation of 13 March 1993.

In the context of what has happened last night in Mumbai, there is no doubt that both the UPA Government at the Centre and the CongressNCP coalition Government in Maharashtra have a lot to answer for. However, I shall not comment on this aspect now as today is not the occasion to do so.

Right now, the need of the hour is for the people of Mumbai, Maharashtra and the entire country to stay united and calm. Maintenance of peace, tranquility, communal harmony and patriotic unity must be our highest priority.

I spoke to the Prime Minister last night to express my concern as soon as I heard the news. Today morning he called me to suggest that both of us should travel together to Mumbai to examine the situation, express solidarity with the security forces and also try to provide succour to the victims of the tragedy. I have readily agreed to his proposal. Accordingly, I deferred my plan to leave for Mumbai immediately.

I pay homage to all the brave policemen and police officers who confronted the terrorists by risking their lives. In particular, I feel sad that Hemant Karkare, chief of the AntiTerrorist Squad (ATS),
Maharashtra, senior police officers  Ashok Kamte andVijay Salaskar have lost their lives in yesterday’s operation. Coming in the wake of the recent martyrdom of police officerMohan Chand Sharma in an encounter with terrorists in New Delhi, these acts of dedicated service and sacrifice have earned our security forces the gratitude of the nation.

Sonia Gandhi, Shivraj Patil: Ek Duje Ke Liye! In love with each other?

Most of Indians are flummoxed if not outraged to see the walking Zombie ‘still’ occupying the chair which is unarguably the second most important in Indian political establishment. Bombs are raining on Indian cities incessantly and people are being blown to bits almost on weekly basis (38 bomb blasts since May 13). Despite that,‘still’ we keep seeing the‘Zombie’ on our TV screens preaching us to maintain ‘communal harmony’!

In any other Country the man person in charge with such a pathetic recordwould have been fired immediately ‘IF’ not tried in a Court of law for‘dereliction of duty’ and jeopardizing the security of its Nationals. Isn’t it?

But the ‘Zombie’ keeping his ‘sleep walk’ on, surprises all. Courtesy ‘K’ I found link to this and believe me – I find this the ‘most plausible’ explanation or secret for his continuity in a job he long forfeited right or claim to. If you believeAditya then Shivraj Patil is not fired till date because: The two Sonia and Shivraj are deeply in love.

:)

I quote him (Aditya) …

“That the reason Sonia chose Shivraj for North Block is because the two of them are deeply in love.”

Audacious! You say! Read on publishing in full.

Sonia’s home minister

Aditya Sinha

Last week this column was about A Wednesday, a film whose subject matter is terrorism, and the day it appeared, there was an attack on Delhi. For a few hours, all theorizing went out the window; there was simply fear and shock at how unpredictably close random death has gotten to the average urban Indian. It drove home the fear and helplessness that the ‘common man’ feels at the fact of terrorism, and you can’t blame anyone for calling it a war, because it seems even more terrifying than being a Londoner during the World War II blitz might have, or being a citizen of Hiroshima on August 7, 1945.

Suddenly, there was relief from the terror; the tension was surreally broken by a debate over whether India’s home minister changed his clothes thrice on the night of the bombings. One Delhi paper displayed photos of Shivraj Patil in three different outfits that night; another spoke to his tailor. Mr Patil himself was apoplectic. What’s wrong in taking a bath, he asked; why did he have to sit in a police station like a police inspector, he demanded. I am not a drunkard, he emphatically asserted. To offer such comic relief to a traumatized nation is not something to be undervalued. Patil operates in the true spirit of reductio ad absurdum.

Yet this is probably not the reason Sonia made him home minister. After all, if you appoint someone to head the internal administration of the country, to maintain its law and order, and to look after its intelligence, you are looking for someone who will carry forward the tradition of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Govind Ballabh Pant, Indrajit Gupta and L K Advani. These are men who understood that the home ministry was the interface between government and politics, more so than any other aspect of government. It ought to be the most important portfolio in a country where, despite a nuclear deal with America and orgasm-inducing economic growth, there remains a diverse citizenry, uneven development and a fractured polity. When you appoint a home minister, you do not expect another Zail Singh or Mufti Mohd Sayeed.

It is too late in the day to make an academic analysis of Mr Patil’s failings in what ought to have been the second most important job in the country; his recent spats with the Delhi media reveal his frame of mind. Anyone who in the middle of a developing crisis worries about a bath or about twiddling his thumbs ‘at his seat’ is obviously unable to grasp the big picture in the way that is appropriate to a home minister. So we have to look past the obvious fact that Mr Patil is incompetent, and we have to wonder why such a dud was chosen in the first place.

Some of you will argue that Sonia Gandhi did it because she did not want an ambitious person occupying a potentially powerful position within the government. That sounds logical. Yet for the post of prime minister, she chose someone who was neither ambitious nor a political threat, but who was presumably an expert at the country’s most pressing problem: organizing its finances. That Manmohan Singh has proven to be a failure is a different matter — he has devoted his entire time to a single deal, and has shown total ineptitude in the political management of the country, a prime minister’s primary job. Sonia Gandhi could have at least found a spineless technocrat like Manmohan Singh for the home ministry. It wasn’t as if she would have been compelled to appoint Sharad Pawar if she hadn’t chosen Patil; and what deviousness would Lalu Prasad Yadav have wrecked if he had been the home minister?

Further, this doesn’t square with the fact that she wanted to promote Mr Patil to Rashtrapati Bhawan. Perhaps he would have served the nation better as president. No one would have grudged him his sartorial whimsies. It was the Left Front that spiked her proposal, and so, in a sense, the Left is also to blame for the fact that the country is operating without a coherent picture or policy of its internal security situation.

The fact that Sonia wanted Mr Patil to become Mr President shows that it was not so much the home ministry that was on her mind as it was Shivraj himself. This is what this column, after much intense brain-racking and silent meditation, has finally deduced: That the reason Sonia chose Shivraj for North Block is because the two of them are deeply in love.

Think about it: haven’t you heard men jokingly refer to their spouses as their ‘home minister?’ And this love explains why Shivraj pays such close attention to his appearance. Never does he leave home without a comb in several of his pockets; never is his moustache out of alignment; and never will he be caught wearing the same suit twice, especially if he is likely to be on television, as is bound to happen after a series of bomb blasts that claims many, many lives. He knows that for Sonia, looks are important; he knows that she cares nothing for the life of the mind, and that eggheads for her are a fate worse than death. Not for her a man who knows his LeT but not his Jimmy Choos.

What many people do not seem to understand is the all-consuming nature of desire. Desire is the sort of thing that causes an individual to lose all perspective. When desire takes hold of a person; rules, morals, society, moderation, obligation and responsibility all become laughably irrelevant. There are people in public life who believe that the nation is worth fighting for; that it is a cause larger than the individual. Nation is an abstraction that makes no sense to a couple who live In the Realm of the Senses; for them, the only cause larger than the individual is love.

In fact, you often read about people exploding with passion, and we have lately seen explosions all over the country, in Mumbai, inHyderabad, in UP, in Jaipur, in Bangalore, in Gujarat, and in Delhi. Perhaps those explosions are a metaphor of the Sonia- and-Shivraj desire come to life? Perhaps in a film, they would represent the desire taking on a physical manifestation and the dream-world entrance to reality. Didn’t a poet say, “Desire kills?” Well, their desire seems to be killing a lot of innocent Indians.

Some of you will no doubt think this columnist has lost perspective. But to persist with this home minister while in our cities, innocent people like you and I die random, unnecessary and tragic deaths, is beyond comprehension. You are welcome to try and come up with a more rational explanation as to why Shivraj Patil continues to be our home minister. There is none

Inspector M C Sharma: A Moment’s Silence Followed by Contemplation. Oh! Really?

In my last post - on the martyrdom of Brave Delhi Cop Inspector M C Sharma – had lamented the loss of a brave officer. To me it was a spontaneous reaction since I value and seriously believe that we need officers like M C Sharma and others fighting fit to take the ‘Terror’ head on.

Some of my friends objected to few words I inadverently used (which were subsequently replaced with less offending but equally effective words) and they reacted angrily. I do understand the anguish of all right minded persons who oppose ‘Terror’ just as much as I do, if not more – I share and respect their sentiments.

One thing for sure has changed since ‘Brave Heart’ M C Sharma laid down his life in the line of Duty. And that is the Public Mood. For once people have come out in full support of Police. General public at large is happy with the way Police pursued and took out the perpetrators of Terror.

And this change of perception is solely accredited to the late Inspector M C Sharma. One more reason for Delhi Police to be obliged and thankful to the Brave Heart.

Despite the sacrifice of MCS, the usual suspects have been spreading ‘canard’ about the ‘Fake Encounter’ theories. Sandeeprightly here asked three question which any ‘right minded’ person should ask selves and answer. I know Sandeepasked these questions because they are pertinent and need honest introspection, and answer to these my friends … is a sad commentary on the whole affair.

Sandeep asked here on 20th Sept post

The news of “braveheart” MC Sharma’s tragic death is a few hours old now. Another story of a firehearted warrior dying on the call of duty, etc. Three points strike immediately.

1. Was his death really necessary?

2.  How many more MC Sharmas are we prepared to lose this way considering that the current crop of clowns ruling us care nary about the free-for-all terror that stalks our streets?

3. Think about if Sharma was alive and had caught the terrorists. How would the media, which now mourns his death in decent language, react to the plight of the apprehended terrorists? It would be Afzal Guru Part 2.

On the same post @ Sandeeps I had commented on 21st Sept…

On question no 1: Was his death really necessary?

No! Had m c sharma been only little more careful, this tragedy could have been avoided. Refer to this my previous post.

On question no 2: How many more MC Sharmas are we prepared to lose this way considering that the current crop of clowns ruling us care nary about the free-for-all terror that stalks our streets? I answered…

Sadly Sandeep no one knows. Let me point to you and your readers that under this UPA unusually high no of sleuths have been killed by the terrorists than under any other … even under previous ‘accidental governments’.

Finally question no 3: Think about if Sharma was alive and had caught the terrorists. How would the media, which now mourns his death in decent language, react to the plight of the apprehended terrorists? It would be Afzal Guru Part 2. My answer was

He and his team would have been lynched by the Secular and human Right wolves by now. We both know Secularists would have raised so much of stink with the ever obliging MSM digging all the records of M C Sharma’s alleged links with ‘Underworld’! By now CNN IBN would have dug up the ‘ill gotten’ wealth accumulated by M C sharma! Barkha Darling would have called all the usual suspects in her GK studio ’splitting hair’: How these fake encounters ‘alienate’ the peace loving so innocent yet discriminated and prosecuted Minorities! By now the Dirty Harry Shri Prakash Jaiswal would have dammed every one and of course Karnatka , MP and Orissa would have come handy….

ALL USUAL AS ALWAYS. sic!

Afzal Guru 2 or not? Do not know, but certainly would have been another VANJARA (Gujarat cop) … hounded and hunted.

KPS Gill made a very apt remark on Friday evening in some TV show. He told that death of MC Sharma has somehow spared Delhi Police attracting the ire of Secularists and HR Activists as this death has changed the Public Mood and they shall not hear a word against Police action.

San, I live in Delhi and very familiar with it. The locality in which this counter took place is literally impregnable for any POLICE force. If you and any of your reader had seen the action on TV, they just saw only a fraction of what the Area is all about. Without exaggerating, let me tell you Delhi would have been on fire. Despite the untimely death of MC Sharma, that part of Delhi is simmering.

Now if you have read carefully my answer to no 3 you would agree that it is the scariest part. I.e. the Secular Noises’ made by the usual suspects, their ‘Fake Encounter’ theories are already doing the rounds. These ‘secularists’ can stoop down to any level even alleging that MCS was shot by his own team to make the encounter look genuine… or another absurd theory that terrorists were planted there… Blah! Blah! Blah!

All this mudslinging is well supported and effectively propagated by the 24×7News Abuse Channels. Dime a dozen Human Terrorist Rights AtrocitiesActivists Supporters, who infest Delhi city, are back in business demanding probes, picking holes, writing on line petitions. Sic!

This unholy activists and media nexus is coming in way against the war on terrorism. They are no more part of solution…they have become a ‘Problem’ on their own.

To start with we have a government who has perfected the art of NON Governance. We have a government whose Top Cabinet Ministers support SIMI and two Worthies like Ram Vilas Paswan and Laloo Prasad find ‘OSAMA LOOK ALIKE’ as a mascot of ‘Secularism’ and parade and flaunt him in election rallies in Bihar especially the Muslim majority ones!  Need you more proof? By this act do these worthies not equate the whole Muslim community with Terror? Will any Muslim Intellectual answer this?

But then it is pointless to blame union ministers alone  when the Prime MinisterMinion himself looses sleep over the fate of a suspected terrorist!

What to say about his or her majesty -  Madame Sonia ‘Maino’ Gandhi- government’s priorities when a Convicted and ‘Condemned to Death’ by the Supreme Court – not once but twice – is pampered as ‘Son in Law’ of the government but those ‘Brave soldiers’ who sacrificed their lives on December 13th protecting the lives of these ‘Honorable MPs’ (Honorable! Laloo Ji or Un Ke Bade or Chottey Sale Ji, Paswan Ji, Guru Ghantal Shibu Soren Ji, M P Subba Ji, Taslimuddin JI, Pappu Yadav Ji, Md. Shahubuddin Ji … ) were forced to return their Medals!

A self serving, myopic and insensitive Political Dispensation.

Highly irresponsible, shrieking, manipulative, award seeking, TRP driven 24×7 News Abuse channels.

Dubiously funded, terrorist friendly, conspiracy theorists, verbal terrorists (most of them, if not all) masquerading as Human Right Activists or politically driven NGOs.

Subservient and self promoting Bureaucracy.

Inadequate and archaic laws.

Extremely slow if not incompetent Judiciary.

All this to fight ‘Terrorism’ in a country, which for past 20 years has been under attack?

All this in a Country which has seen some of the most ‘audacious’ attacks?

All this in a Country which comes second only to Iraq (a war torn country) having a dubious distinction of loosing more civilians?

All the above make me to urge the upright daring Police Officers to do what is needed: Shoot the bastards in head before they shoot you down. Terrorism has no religion, I agree. But do not bother which ‘religion’ bombers follow either. Period.

This time onwards we (The People of India) will speak for you collectively in one voice. Some of us will investigate for you guys just as Yossarian initiated and done a commendable job.

May the tribe of M C Sharma grow multifold but with caution… you are no longer dealing with some small time ‘misdirected youths’ (as Zombie Shiv Raj make you believe). These guys are well educated, trained, motivated and committed. Be cautious and prepared and PLEASEEEEEE, you guys are needed to sweep the terrorism out and can do only when you shoot them down not get shot.

We the Prudent Indians will do our duty too. We will try and make sure that no ‘Upright Officer’ is harassed or prosecuted. This is our collective fight. Let us fight it out Decisively. For once and all and for Good.

Inspector M C Sharma: ‘False Bravado’ at Nation’s cost?

Let me begin by saying that I mean no disrespect to Now ‘Late’  Inspector M C Sharma of Delhi Police neither have any doubt on the Slain Inspector’s integrity and commitment to his duty. I am glad that we still have officers like him in the force which is so much ‘maligned’.

 My humble tributes to him.

I have not forgotten the old Latin adage: De mortuis nil nisi bonum (Nothing but good of the dead). YET, I am sad; if not angry with the ‘false imprudent  Bravado’ of the slain Cop for not wearing the bullet proof jacket at the time of encounter, it might have saved his precious life. He had done that earlier too – not wearing Bullet proof- and was warned by Ajay Raj Sharma, Ex. Commissioner, Delhi Police.

This time; false imprudent bravado cost him: His life, Delhi Police: An astute and able officer and Nation: A committed Son.

What a criminal waste of such a human being! I am sure this is the sentimenthis family and colleagues too will share with me.

We need officers like M C Sharma alive and shooting terrorists in head, not getting killed stupidly imprudently.

War on terror can not be won by getting ‘Killed’ and celebrated by the MSM (with every 10 minutes break!) as some breaking news (sic!). Wars are not won by sacrificing lives. Wars are won by taking enemies out and eliminated, for forever. I lament at any such life wasted.

May his soul rest in peace and others take a lesson after paying such a hefty price.

Sad as I am,

Pratibha ‘Devi Singh’ Patil gets 300% pay raise!

Yesterday in this post I published the above pic which explains every thing that is ailing the Billion plus SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC called India.

Today, The Pioneer published Mr. Krishan Kak’s scathing satire on the recent pay hike of Your President and other worthies. It is an interesting read. Reproducing this small post as Pioneer’s site does not hold the links permanently.

Enjoy, and do give a look at the Pic above.

PI.

A well-deserved 300 % pay hike!

Second opinion: Krishen Kak

On September 11 The Pioneer informed the Indian taxpayer that the Government had hiked by a modest 300 per cent the pay of certain constitutional authorities. When our economy is so obviously flourishing, its reins in the hands of a troika of distinguished economists, why should we begrudge our President, Vice-President and Governors their share in it?

Consider the onerous nature of their duties, which include the ability to count legislators, provide them enough opportunity to cobble together majorities, and to ensure their own selector’s writ runs large within their dominions. They, in their high offices, are to theaam admi the living representations of our cherished Constitution that we hold so sacred.

So, if the public exchequer pays them a salary beyond the wildest dreams of the republic’s common man, why should it be grudged? Why should the people sulk if the public exchequer provides them munificent perquisites? Lodging is luxurious and free, travel and transportation is on the Government, the servants are numerous, and the most expensive medical attention is guaranteed without any expenses. That is to the constitutional authority; not to the taxpayer. But then again, who cares about the latter?

On top of this, these constitutional authorities enjoy great discretion in deciding what they should pay for and what they can bill to the taxpayer. Being a former Governor’s Secretary at one time, I know they bill to the taxpayer many personal expenses. For example, they bill to the taxpayer personal gifts, personal toiletry items, expenses of their personal guests, etc. The valuable gifts they receive in their public capacity frequently end up not in the sarkari toshakhana but in their private baggage. Some may call it daylight robbery but then again, who cares about those voices?
At one time constitutional authorities were considered ‘public servants’. However, the Chief Justice of India recently declared that constitutional authorities are not public servants. NOW! Delhi Rocks with Serial Blasts: Who is More Dangerous, Afzal Guru or Shiv Raj Patil?

This hapless girl died on Camera in Central Park, Cannaught Place, New Delhi on Sept 13th, 2008. This pic is the screen shot.

Her only fault (?) … she believed this Zombie known as Home Minister of India!

I am tired now of writing angry posts blast after blasts after blasts… I am sick now and wonder who of these two are more ‘DANGEROUS’: Afzal Guru  or Shiv Raj Patil !

No point counting how many killed or injured…it doesn’t matter any more, not even to these two greats of ‘impeccable disposition’. Indeed! But to whom???
